INAUGURAL SUMMER SCHOOL
“MODELLING TODAY – LEADING TOMORROW”

The Summer School will provide you with an exciting opportunity to interact with employers from leading companies through interactive workshops, presentations and poster sessions. The aim of the workshop is to link numerical modelling methods used in physical science research with a broad variety of employer end applications. A social evening will include a BBQ at the Pavilion in the grounds of NPL.
The GRADnet Summer School is open to all Physics postgraduate research students across the nine partner institutions of SEPnet. A minimum of 8 places per institution are available but priority will be given to final year students in the event it is oversubscribed.

Shared Accommodation at Travelodge in Teddington and Feltham in Middlesex.
Registration Fee: Training, travel and accommodation costs will be covered by SEPnet. A contribution to catering costs of £60.00 per delegate is required, but in most cases students will be able to recover this from their department’s training support grant.
